Gwen Stefani was named one of 'Glamour' magazine's Women of the Year for 2016 and was honored during the awards ceremony held in Los Angeles on November 14, 2016. She was welcomed to the stage by James Corden and introduced by a touching montage featuring interviews with her mother and close friend Pharrell Williams.
