They're still in the 'honeymoon' phase of their relationship so of course they're still lovey-dovey and coo-ing about each other at every available opportunity. She and Gavin were together for 20 years and married for 13 of those years. If they'd had no 'spark' they would never have been together for so long and had 3 lovely kids together. As for her speech pattern having changed, that might have something to do with Blake being from Oklahoma - she seems to be assuming a country'ish 'twang' nowadays, presumably to fit in with him and his lifestyle.

i feel like because her husband cheated on her with someone a lot younger, that might have somehow parlayed into what you see now: heavier makeup (eyebrows/eyes/eyelashes), a lot of botox (i wish someone would botox my forehead), long extensions, lip injections, new teeth and what i see as a change to more "sexy" clothes as opposed to what she used to wear, which was a combo of cool/quirky/vintage/sometimes tacky. even her instagram is a bunch of selfies but not selfies like "hey, this is me playing in a puddle with a zit on my face". it's the "sexy selfie". and she's with a younger guy now and when you are getting older, that can make you feel a bit insecure, if you're dating someone younger. i think that might play into it this current look the past year. i'm not knocking her (really). she looks great but just looks not-as-genuine. it seems out-of-character for who she appeared to be over the years. i feel like there is some insecurity stemming from some serious hurt and pain caused in her last marriage. and i get that. i'm sure her world shattered and her self-esteem was crushed because of the selfish actions of another.
