It depends on the card with adrenaline, but normally no! He used the card called Erland, that is usually a finisher card! You boost every card in your deck play him as one of your last cards, he boost every card in the deck with 1 then takes back all the boost from the deck and because he is immune he can be hard to kill. But this guy wanted to have some stronger cards to play with so he didn't take back the boost he just used Erland to boost every card to have some extra points during the game 😊
