I generally don't care for ST decks but for whatever reason this made me reconsider the faction. It's interesting to see dwarves not 100% built on Brouver and thus being able to be played in both rows. That heatwave->pyro click in the last game was a very cool play.

First of all, 800 views already is amazing. Secondly, seeing this deck, and knowing there's cross faction cards, I wish they reworked some cards to suit this playability, like the Hawker Smuggler would be a great neutral - what do you think?

Sounds like a pretty cool idea. What I would like to see for bandits would be a core set of at least 4 cards added to the neutral category that can consistently play 6 for 4 with varying abilities. Right now even that feels difficult to achieve. Maybe an additional 2-4 cards per faction made with the bandit category could add some faction specific synergy. Lastly, some buffs to the gold bandits. There are many gold neutral cards you can fit into just about any ND deck but there are essentially no bandits that fall into this category.

Dope , sad to see that most neutral cards are really underwhelming especially the bandit cards .... Most of them are pretty niche which isn't really a bad thing but yeah could really open up alot of archetypes if they get a little bit of love Especially the tragic love story chars iris and olgried which are 2 of my favorite characters in-game tbh ... Could really do with some love

There's definitely a fine line between buffing these neutrals and overtuning them but as it stands right now I feel like there are so many faction specific cards that do what these bandits are trying to do better. Either way, was a good change of pace to try playing them for the day.

So, I did pirates-bandits. Felt good. Von Emerec might switch TotS' armor to power. Needs an engine that gives armor tho. Possible last play is that 7 prov. alchemy card (forgot the name)

Thats kinda sick cause often TotS gets way more than we need so it could potentially play for a lot more as a point slam finisher, I'm intrigued. Has it been getting removed or have you been able to float it for a turn?

@@Qcento Usually used as close to last play. Tempo is slow tho. It can combo with Crach and then von emerec later to switch armor to points. So far, I'm losing, but thats because I'm no playing it right yet, or at least close to making it right. Ah, yeah, if played early, should be behind defender. Thing is, you'll need to hold TotS as long as possible.

Yes! Bandits! At last. They're really underrepresented. Sad to see how underwhelming most of them are. It would be nice to have them as a separate faction themselves. I thought SY was like that at first.

In your opinion the final cut with Yarpen or the full on dwarfs deck is more competitive? I am certain that only dwarfs is better but I want to hear your take since you played both decks.

Definitely dwarves only is more competitive when comparing the two and Yarpen instead of Iris Shade for this experimental version. I feel like a lot of these bandit cards weren't owning their provisions whereas most dwarves do.

Would you ever consider Armory as an edition to the deck? If you considered it what made you decide against adding it?

I thought about it. Ended up going with Armorer's Workshop to spread the points a little wider and help as immediate Brouver support. I don't know if Armory would be worth the 6 provisions (I'm assuming you're referring to using it as Iris Shade or Yarpen Carry over since it isn't great for the Brouver play). It would play 9pt for 6p which though which isn't bad at all.

@@Qcento Yeah I was primarily thinking it could just be a decently strong carry over play and specifically provide Iris some power in a short round in you need to get that slight point swing. I understand why Armorer's Workshop was also appealing though no doubt.

It is not bm, how can it be bm if he has the option to forfeit any time, he obviously wants to see your last card. If you passed without playing your last card when he hasn't forfeited that would be bm.
