Im not here to give parenting advice cause I know nothing but I’m 16 and I remember how important being 14 and freshman year was to my development....I’m sorry your daughter is going through covid at such a critical age (idk if that’s the right word lol). Nothing is going to help her more than if you have fun with her and talk to her and ensure her everything she’s going through is going to get better soon. 14 is so hard for girls especially so be sure to always ensure her that things get worse before they get better. ❤️
