Remember: The jolt you get when you unexpectedly see an old friend as you go about your daily activities..that’s inside you. The jolt you feel when the neighbor slams the door..that’s outside you. (Thanks for the reminder.) 🙏

China is impoverished without it's HEART - A free Tibetan people and culture. Chinese government don't realize the Tibetan culture is the one that carries the Buddhas message so thoroughly. China thinks it is getting riches, but all material things are incomparable to the true richness we have within, but need the Tibetan teachers to help guide us to unlock our potential. Chinese government are deceived by thinking about only "now" and "me" and "comfort". Selfishness = self-destructive. Wherever free Tibetan people go elsewhere in the world, they make those places better, because they carry goodness and spread goodness. Because what HH the Dalai Lama says is true - if you want to be selfish, be wisely selfish (caring for others guarantees your own benefit) - we need to practice this to see for ourselves. Having Tibetans show us their example inspire us to our own potential.

I love the Dali Lama, I love Buddhism, Buddhism is far better than psychology. The psychologist wants to worry us about our thoughts and charge us big sums of money to talk to them. The Buddhist simply rejects the troublesome thought, and goes on to the next thought. I am very good at this now. I thank the Dali Lama for spreading Buddhism. The one thing in this world that really works.
@jster98772 ай бұрын
Buddhists do not reject troublesome thoughts instead, they use various techniques to manage and transform them in to positives and or lessons. don’t run from you’re negativity my friend.

I am succesful , given to me by God , because , predomantly , i am at peace , peaceful , centered ... loves ❤ and grateful
Long life HH Dalai Lama! When a person has "communed" with the spark of the DIVINE within, has known themselves; found the Love, Peace, Harmony, Joy, and so forth within themselves, can such a person find these qualities in others who have reached this stage of development or, possibly "awaken" others to these possibilities as you Sir, and other Enlightened Beings do. Therefore to me, in my own case, a meaningful life is following one's true Spiritual Path, and helping those sentient beings (within karmic limits) that can be helped. Peace, Blessings, and Oneness! Namasté! 🕉️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🕉️❤️❤️❤️💐🕉️
