Ek lady employee 180 din ki maternity leave lene k baad 60 days ki commuted leave k liye apply krti h aur leave granted ho jati hain... Baad me ye dekha gya ki uske leave record me koi bhi HPL balance nhi tha... To ab uski commuted leaves ko kaise maintain karenge... Haa EL ka balance hai leave record me....

Respected Sir, Kindly answer following questions-: 1. Is a postal assistant in his probation period eligible to work as Counter PA in Head office? 2. Is a postal assistant in his probation period eligible to be deputed in a Single Hand Delivery Sub office 70KMs away from station office with no experience of counter work? 3. If A probationary Postal assistant has taken a hotel on rent whole time of deputation period in place of deputation, Is it absolutely necessary to stay in that hotel 24-7 hours (Except Office hours of course)? If he has gone to city post office for official work (submitting/printing Daily account) and stayed that night/s in that city only, then does He becomes ineligible to claim TA bill through That hotel Bills? 4. Is it mandatory to live in place of deputation 24 hours (including Sundays/Holidays) during deputation period? If yes, kindly provide departmental rule stating same. Please provide all above information as it is absolutely necessary for me. With regards Pawan Kumar
