Now after a period of 5 months I have been again transferred to a farther place from the present place of posting which is around 40 kms with different municipality. Respected sir, I want to ask that after approx one year of service i took technical resignation from GST(nort east region)nd joining INcometax. During this i took 11 days of Joining time. Since i was on probation and didn't have 3 yrs of continuous service although i was eligible for joining time but not dor joining time pay( as per joining time rule 1979. Sir, since i was not given any payment for 11 days as i was availing joining time period my current office is denying to verify service of that period from pay bill that is i relieved from gst on 5/12/22 took 11 days as joining time nd hoined incometax on 17/12/22.

Previous or current dept? 2. I was relieved on 27th june A/N. Both the offices are in same station. 29th june was a gazetted holiday.
