**Sir plz reply** 1. Do we need to sanction EL if we are unable to join within the joining time or it will automatically be deducted from the service book? If yes, who will sanction this? Previous or current dept? 2. I was relieved on 27th june A/N. Both the offices are in same station. 29th june was a gazetted holiday. I joined on 30th as dept was unwilling to give us joining due to obc provisional issue. I think joining time is 1 day for same station posting. Do i need EL in this scenario?

I was transferred from Mumbai to outskirts of Mumbai with distance of around 100 kms with different municipality. I have applied for transfer TA and joining time. Now after a period of 5 months I have been again transferred to a farther place from the present place of posting which is around 40 kms with different municipality. Respected sir, I want to ask that after approx one year of service i took technical resignation from GST(nort east region)nd joining INcometax. During this i took 11 days of Joining time. Since i was on probation and didn't have 3 yrs of continuous service although i was eligible for joining time but not dor joining time pay( as per joining time rule 1979. Sir, since i was not given any payment for 11 days as i was availing joining time period my current office is denying to verify service of that period from pay bill that is i relieved from gst on 5/12/22 took 11 days as joining time nd hoined incometax on 17/12/22.

सर् नमस्कार। मेरी भी एक समस्या है। मैंने 10 जून को नार्थ ईस्ट से releived किया था और मैंने 12 जून को ग़ाज़ियाबाद में जॉइन कर लिया था। दूरी 1000 km से ज्यादा है। चूंकि मैं केंद्रीय विद्यालय में अध्यापक हूँ इस दौरान kv में गर्मी की छुट्टिया रहती है। मुझे मिलने वाला joining टाइम मुझे न तो use करने दिया और न ही उसकी EL दी गई। ये कहा गया कि जब आपने वेकेशन में जॉइन किया तो आपको नही मिलेगी। तो क्या वेकेशन में जॉइन करने के कारण मुझे जोइनिंग टाइम नही मिलेगा? कृपया मेरा मार्गदर्शन करें। धन्यवाद

Joining time will be admissible if the transfer is in public interest, and will not be admissible if it is at own cost.
