Is it after 8 yrs or 9 yrs becoz first yr ltc not allowed and next 8 yrs allowed. 3. Apne bola 2021 ek hi sal bacha he islie nahi milega fir bole ki 2020 me already avail kia he islie nahi milega. Which one is to be considered

As you have explained, new recruiters can avail 3 hometowns and 1 All India LTC in a block year, are these hometown LTCs meant for employee only ?? For example, wife is a govt servant and have hometown in other state. So she could avail 3 hometown LTCs for herself only or for husband also???
