Here is my experience with Pixel Service - I own a Pixel 7. After almost 2 years of use, battery was swollen. I went to F1 service center in my city. They said the phone needs to be sent to Noida to get the phone fixed. I was charged 850/- as check-in fee which is standard for any pixel if you want to send the device to Noida to get it fixed. They said the engineers will check the phone when it reaches Noida and will send an email of estimated cost to fix the phone. If your device is going to be fixed without any cost, then you won't receive a mail. My Pixel 7 was fixed for free i.e. Battery of my phone was replaced, and they didn't charge me anything apart from Check-in fee. I was impressed. I got by device back in 10 days.

So this is my experience with Google Pixel Service center. Mere bhai ke pass Pixel 7 pro hai which he bought at 67999 on flipkart. last month he had a minor accident where bhai got little injured and pixel 7 pro display got cracked. I visited F1 solutions Cuttack, Odisha and showed my device. They said it will take 17 days to repair the phone and it will cost around 19000 for the display. Unhone bola ki device Delhi ship hoga aur wahan se repair hokar return aayega. Since I work in Gurgaon, i thought ki main hi le jaata hu Delhi wahi repair karwa lunga. Maine Google Exclusive Service Centre, MGF Mall Saket mein hai wahan gaya unhone bola, Same day repair ho jaayega. unhone yeh bhi bataya ki same day repair sirf Delhi aur Bengaluru mein available hai. Best thing is they gave the phone back within 5 hours aur price bhi 12000+gst laga. If you live in the city like Delhi and Bengaluru. Google ke exclusive serivce center bas inhi dono cities mein hai. Aur in dono cities mein Pixel service experience will be good. F1 solutions waale bohot naatak karte hai aur extra bhi charge karte hai.

@@imarchit Yes you are right i just checked..Maine kahi pe F1 ke board nahi dekha udhar, Har jagah Google Authorised Service Provider hi likha hua tha. Staff jo Nikita thi usne bhi bola ki yeh official google ka hi hai... But looks like she lied it to me but happy with the service. They were well behaved 5 min laga device submit karne mein. unhone seedha bola ki aap 3-4 ghante mein wapas aa jaao. aapko phone ready mil jaayega. F1 Cuttack waale toh loot rhe the seedha first they said 23000 phir bole 20000 and jab maine jaane laga toh kehte hai 19000. So, i felt suspicious aur main nikal gya udhar se.

Mene Big Billion Day sale me Pixel 8 liya tha, but device defective nikla. Flipkart ne help se mana kar diya aur bola Google ko contact karo. Google customer care ko call karne par unhone same din pickup arrange kiya aur device Noida F1 service centre bhej diya. 3 din ke andar mujhe naya sealed Pixel 8 replace karke mil gaya.

My 6a screen was broken. In Delhi and Bangalore they have their authorised service centre. They fixed the device within an hour and charged me RS 7200 which was high but the quality of service is awesome.

My experience with pixel service was good. My pixel 6a main and wide camera stopped working back in March 2023 , device was only 6 months old so I used Google's pick and drop service. My device was sent to Mumbai from U.P. and in a week i had my device back with me completely working. I was worried but it was a smooth experience.

Even my friend has the same issue for his pixel 7 pro. Without any physical damage the entire screen became dead (Black Screen). He is yet to ship it. In a city like Pune, the F1 solutions team mentioned that if he submits the mobile in F1 store or opts for home pickup 850 Rs handling change is mandatory. It was also mentioned that it will be adjusted in the final bill. Thanx for sharing it on time.

@@mkumar118 He took only ₹1700.. CPU soldering is the only solution if you phone screen is off while you can hear charging sound. Do not go for screen replacement if it's not physically broken.

Adding a valuable information - In Delhi & Bangalore, Now they have exclusive service centre for pixel only. I got my in warranty pixel 8 display replaced at the delhi exclusive service centre in less than an hour. The experience was super smooth. 🌟

Informative video, definitely feels more safe to get a pixel(keeping aside the heating issues) now that I know they have a decent setup to provide warranty. Apple also uses this as you have shown. I got my mac repaired from an F1 Service centre in Kolkata, was fast enough and didn't have any issues with it after the repair as well.

Not acceptable...customers should be provided service on the same day. And repair should be done in front of customer. Every tier 1 city should have service center like Delhi and banglore. If this is provided i will buy pixel devices else i am way happy with samsung and apple. ✌️✌️

I own pixel 4a back in days of 2022 Jan , I display stopped working it was in warranty, I lived in Assam, so Google, call to us via call, so they arrange pick up service through bluedart, they changed my display along with back panel and camera lens all at a free of cost, and it took surprisingly only 9days whole process, picking, fixing and resending it to me😃, my phone was reached to Mumbai, at the same many user on the KZbin itself I found out crying for Google service. All I am saying is that just you need to how to approach to the brand to get your things done

My experience with pixel was not that good. My pixel 4a had a dead screen. Went to F1. They said the device will be sent to Gurgaon and from there I'll get the replacement quote. A service charge of 350 needed to paid. They also warned me about my cracked rear camera glass that they will try changing that for sure. When i received the estimate it was added which i tried removing but they didn't. Also i wanted my device for DATA RECOVERY hence repairing the screen but Even after requesting they formatted my phone saying company's policy. Received the phone under a week from that point. Overall really a bad part experience. I ended up losing my data by paying extra non-required repairs 😑 Even google costumer support couldn't help me properly. I love using pixel phones. Have used Pixel, Pixel 4a and Now using Pixel 7a. But their service need a big ramp up. Phone going out for just a screen repair takes over 15-18 days which really not great experience.

@rishivora8357 they charged me close to 8-8.5k.. The cost could have been lower but they forcefully changed the back case (coz paint chipped from multiple places) and the mid plate. I wanted to get my display only replaced.. But they changed my Display, Back cover, Camera cover and battery.. They said they can't just replace the Display... And since i wasn't getting any spare for this i agreed to get them all fixed 😑 Total bill after all these changes was : 11k

@@rishivora8357 yes it is ridiculous. The Display is not that expensive. But the other parts and all they made a huge bill for that. You can give it to them to fix. They will first send you the estimate. If you're okay then only get that fixed. If not, try sourcing display from market. That will cost way less but pixel spares are hard to find. Even I went to service center after searching my whole city first for spare. Although I must say after all the changes the phone works like a charm and i can again use that for couple more years now. Extremely Expensive fix makes phone brand new.

Edit:- talking about pixel 7 I live in jamnagar gujarat in 2 months motherboard was dead but this time pickup and drop service was smooth ( got back in 12 days which is fine cuz Delhi is away from jamnagar ) but after 10 months there was green or white line problem but this time they took 18 days just to pickup they booked EXPRESSS and blue dart both and neither of them coming to pick i went to there hub and delivered by myself but within 7 days it got repaired and i received back... Overall you can say its manageable if its under warranty:)

I had a pink line issue with the display on my Pixel 8. Since it was still under warranty, I visited the service center in Saket, Delhi. The display was replaced on the same day without any service charges. If you need to visit a service center in Delhi, I recommend going to the Saket location, as the Lajpat Nagar center did not have the necessary parts for same-day repair.

My Pixel 1 phone had a weak battery and these people told me on the phone (no physical service center in Bengaluru back then) that they will have to change the display too cuz its scratched. And gave me a bill of, I think, 20-30k. I laughed and bought a Realme phone instead and waited until I could buy a Pixel 4A for a good price.

I had a great experience with pixel service centre. Last month my pixel 7 pro's display was dead and went to google exclusive service centre which was recently opened in saket delhi. Within hours they replaced my screen without any cost because my phone was under warranty. The reason of dead screen in my pixel 7 pro might be the UV glass which was installed at my device on the day when my screen was dead.i didn't tell them about it and they didn't ask me anything about it and did it free of cost . I am really satisfied with the service.

I have used their mail in service when my in warranty pixel 6a started bootlooping. I called up the f1 guys in Hyderabad but since they are too far from where i live, and they told me that they will also send the phone to delhi in this case, i opted for a direct mail in. Experience was smooth...device was picked up by DHL from home and in 6-7 days it was returned as well. No charges for pickup, delivery or service.

There's no issues with third party service providers. It just takes a little more time since they ship it to Delhi but no other issue. I had a battery issue with my 6A. Due to swollen battery the screen came off. They replaced the battery along with the screen without any cost. My phone out of warranty still no charges. Excellent service from Google and F1.

I am from Mumbai. My 4a was heating up while using the phone with Wi-Fi. When I went to their service center in Dadar, they said that it seemed like an IC fault. They would charge Rs850 at the service center and send the phone to Delhi. Then, I will receive an email from the company as to what the charges for replacing the IC will be. Since my phone was 4a, It didn't seem worth to change the IC for such an old phone

My pixel buds A was not working and was in warranty so I chose pick up and drop they didn't charge me a single rupee and replaced the buds within 3 days. In service google is doing great.

Yes pickup service is also good, i have experienced it. My pixel 6a screen replaced. After 7 days i got the phone , my phone is in warranty so i don't have to pay for it.

Rakesh bhaiya aapse ek request hai ki ek topic ke upar aap ek video banao ki Samsung ke A , M and F series ke price mein to kaafi difference hota hai lekin kabhi kabhi F and M series mein A series ke phone se zyada features dekhne ko milte hai hardware and software dono mein... For example Galaxy A14 aur M14 ke price mein lagbhag 3-4k ka difference hai but A14 mein aapko Knox nahi milta hai aur A14 ki battery and charging wattage bhi M14 se kam hai... Khair wo to ek saal pehle ki baat hai, abhi iss saal jo A15 aaya hai uski battery M15 se kam hai price zyada hone ke baad bhi... Main ye is liye keh raha hoon kyu ki maine galaxy A23 liya hai jisse acche specs F23 ke hai aur tab mere paas aur koi option nahi tha... On paper to F23 better hai ab pata hai practical life main kaisa hoga... Phir bhi mera A23 abhi thik chal raha hai... I hope ki aap iss topic pe bhi baat karoge... Love from West Bengal...❤

Mai 4 saal se pixel 4a use kar raha tha uska bhi same problem hua achanak se black out ho gaya charge ho raha tha call receive hota tha bs aur mai Mumbai me rehta hu to I guess Thane me hai waha maine phone karke pucha to u hone pickup and drop facility available thi but is sbko process hone me unhone bola 10-15 din lagenge and itna din mai nahi ruk skta tha to maine local market se dalwa diya. Tb mujhe pata nahi tha ye sb thanks for the information

Mera Pixel 7 ka camera glass break hua tha..Net pe search kara to pata chala yese thode complaints he. To mene ticket raise kiya.. To mene pickup option liya.. Me gav me rehta hu fir bhi edhar se pickup tha. Fir badme manufacturing defect bajese mereko naya seal pack mobile diya.. Had Good experience with Google Pixel services.

I have purchased my pixel 8 in USA ...My pixel 8 had display issue... It is under warranty.... I lodged a complaint... They arranged pickup and my display was replaced and the phone was delivered to me in 10 days... It was all done without any cost... They covered it under warranty...

Hey GT, so I've been using my OnePlus 11R for 1 year now, and last week I updated my phone to the latest software. That update completely messed up my phone, made touch response buggy, UI scrolling lag, ghost touches and whatnot, as well as destroyed my battery backup SOT. I never faced any such issue before this with any update, and when I contacted customer care, they told me to FACTORY RESET my phone. I don't trust OnePlus because of this issue anymore.
