I bought Nothing phone 1 from flipkart. They are charging 29Rs for secure tamper proof packaging. But when I received the phone, the outer case was normal cardboard with cello tape which was coming out. I called customer care to refund the amount charged in the name of secure packaging. They have not done it and i will now pursue it legally. I have kept my packaging intact. Taking customers for a ride @flipkart

Earlier it used to make sense for normal users to buy from big online brands like flipkart and amazon. But now all card offers are available on offline stores as well, It is much safer to buy from Reputed offline store even if you are paying 500-1000 Rs more. Also its better to support local business instead of big billionaire brands who are already making profit in crores

I had ordered Ipad 9th gen. during BBD. There was no return policy in that product, Open box delivery policy was there but the delivery agent denied giving me open box delivery( product was delivered by Ecom xpress). Delivery agent told me that his company(Ecom xpress) isnt responsible for providing open box delivery. I straightaway contacted flipkart. They assured me to provide me Open box delivery only. They even assured me that my order wont get cancelled & they will be contact me with better resolution. But they just kept on pushing time required to solve the query.(its been more than 10 days but query is still unresolved). At last ordered got cancelled on its own. Such is the pathetic service of flipkart. Atleast fulfill the condition which u put during placing the order. Really Fed up of flipkart.

I purchased iPad gen 9 back in July from chroma... Was 27k approx back then with card discount.... Opted for store pick up then.... From that experience I learnt to always purchase expensive products through store pick up only.... Avoid e-com's for that. Also go for iPad air 5 instead for gen 9 ... If you are planning for keeping it for 5-6 yrs..

In my city, Flipkart's delivery patterns don't follow open box delivery method. If delivery location is 10km away from their office, they simply reject the delivery. Contacted customer care lots of time but they didn't resolve these issues.

Very bad return policy, Because if you got damaged product or Damage refurbished device in this case service centre refuse to exchange by saying this damaged is done by you so we can't replace it , we can repair it but sometimes they can charge you lots of money for repair every in warranty I purchased redmi phone in just few days it's display turned Black and service center refused to repair they said its damage is against our policy! Now that the phone of 23k is store in box which was only used just for few days .

I think Amazon is way better than flipkart in case of after sales service. I bought a printer 3 months ago from Amazon. I received a defective product. From the Amazon app I wasn't able to find an option for return or replacement. I simply called the customer care and they arranged a one-day replacement without asking any questions. I was very happy with the service. Things got sorted in a 1 minute call. The delivery guys are a bit dumb though

I bought Samsung tab s7 plus from Flipkart and the product was delivered on 30 March 2023 . When I booted my tab up the wifi didn't turned on at all . I called customer care executive they asked me go to Samsung service centre and get it fixed. I visited 3 service centre to get it fixed but they told that product is defective one and it is seller's responsibility to refund or replace the product. I then contacted Flipkart again they told the back end team will help . When back end team called he said that he can not help me and he is escalating issue with senior team. Then senior team called the lady on the phone just repeated the same thing. Now Me being a plus member feel so cheated that I can't explain. Product is under 7 days replacement policy yet Flipkart is denying despite the product being defective . I have uninstalled Flipkart and always advise others to stay away from Flipkart. Pathetic Company and Service

Flipkart's phone exchange policy is also very faulty. Flipkart waale har dam kosish karte hai taake exchange na kiya jaaye aur pura paisa deke aap product kharido. The same trouble is for phone and laptop exchange. Flipkart me they also told me once ki agar issue unke listed kuch issues me se na ho toh wo replace nahi kar sakte. With convinience comes people who are more than happy to misuse it. Earlier. people used to simply order phones, try them and would return/replace if did not like them. I bought IQOO 9 PRO from amazon and after some days I had a lot of issues with the UI then I visited Vivo service centre and they just asked me for the proof of the issues. They replaced the device with a new one as they have a replacement policy for a month. Also Vivo gives free covers and screen guards installation. I really liked that just mentioning. Been to different devices but this kind of service was different ✌️

Great work calling these companies out. I have been saying this for a very long time that Flipkart is not trustable at all and is merely running on made up policies which change as per their convenience. Amazon is following suit as well but not to Flipkart's extent. I have recently been buying all electronics directly from showrooms and I advise others the same.

Now a days actually there is no return policy on mobiles in flipkart. I already faced this bad experience. My nearest service centre was situated 20 km from my residence and the centre charged some money also. So don't buy online and just go to a mobile store.

Unfortunately I am also a victim of the scammers known as Flipkart. I bought a moto g72 phone last week for my mom and the display is defective. But when I contacted customer service, they wanted me to go to the service centre to get it repaired. How can sellers get away with this? How can Flipkart get away with this? This is so unfair to customers. In Europe or the USA, when there is an issue with the phone it can be returned or replaced. But in India, you just have to pray that your device is not defective and if it is, it's the customer's fault and he has to run around and get it replaced. Unbelievable.

Hi I yesterday bought Samsung galaxy S23 FE and received open box delivery today after 10 min of usage phone is having overheating issue ....now Im sandwiching between Flipkart Call centre & Samsung service centre..... Please suggest how to return/ replace

Came across alot of negative experiences from FK buyers during this sale period including account blocks when contacted for product return/replacement. I will definitely think twice before buying anything costly which is exclusively available on FK. Needless to say if it's available elsewhere, will buy from there but not FK. They are playing with customers and need to be taught a lesson.

NOW EVEN THEY CHARGED CANCELLATION FEE. I have ordered something from Flipkart on Sep 22 and delivery date was on 2nd Oct but delayed the delivery to 10 oct and when I canceled it they charged cancellation fee .

I am currently facing the same issue and what a coincident ... you are raising the same topic. One more important thing please suggest WHAT IS IMPORTANT- THE PRODUCT ITSELF WITH ITS OWN PACKAGING OR THE USELESS OUTER PACKAGING WHICH IS PROVIDED BY FLIPKART ? Because Flipkart is denying replacement or refund if the outer packaging is lost . I am having this issue with my S22 plus purchased during Big Billion Days and wanting it to be replaced because of Over heating issue.

With that being said it doesn't even make sense to buy things online now because offline stores are offering products at the same price. The replacement policy and hassle free experience was the reason why I always preferred online shopping because I do not want to visit service center the very next day after buying any product. If it works for a week without issues it'll work forever without issues unless you drop it.

I had to fight for a replacement from flipkart. One of the worst experience ever. The infinix note 11s came with scratches. Everything looks fine till I saw the scratches on the side. Just to prove that, they did a lot of circus to deny that. I literally had to go back and forth. After two weeks of fighting and proving it was a manufacturing defect, I got a replacement finally. Headache policies and process!

@@diysai You have to produce the images from all angles. Top to bottom, front and back, ports. Main picture where display is having issue. You have to upload bases on their requirements. If you miss something, they will waste time. What did they tell specifically?

@Mithun Dias thank you for replying. The problem with my phone is the screen itself, which has a bubble on the inside. It can't be seen straight away, but if you tilt the phone at an angle, you can see a dent in the amoled display itself. First, they said we don't have a return policy and asked me to go to the service center. Then when I raised a return request on the app with the photos, they said that you'll get a resolution by 18 may which is outside of the return window. Even Samsung said that replacement is Flipkarts responsibility. I'm doubtful if Samsung will give me a replacement for such a minor issue. But flipkart is being very stupid.

@@diysai You have to reiterate that it's a manufacturing defect. They will listen if you are persistent. Make sure you give a call and get connected to a superior who will deal with it better. Explain the scenario and tell it's clearly the manufacturing defect. Only when I turned on, I got to see it clearly and it needs to be replaced. It was a battle for two weeks. It wasn't easy yet I got it done. They are numbskulls for sure. What can the foot soldier do. They are directed to follow policies. They policy has a twist too. Only on special cases.

Thanks a lot for pointing this out :) Absolutely missed this while placing the order for my new phone. I was lucky that the phone turned out to be fine, but this is a huge change from the replacement policy we normally expect. Sad to see this change with Flipkart notifying the users. Not expected from such a big platform.

Flipkart applied 50rs return charges as according to them am returned so many product, but they made a hipe of easy 30 days return policy, so how could they implement such policy without and t&c. They should mention about this charges previously. They can't use such data

I bought Realme GT Neo 2 in December last year from flipkart and it had a display issue but still it was neither replaced nor returned. I am using the device till now with the issue. The fact is that the service center is not near my home. Its difficult to trust flipkart these days in terms of return and replacement.

I managed to return the exact same realme gt Neo 2 in November last year from Flipkart It's quite a hassle return was rejected twice and third time it somehow got accepted I was lucky. Pathetic service from Flipkart And yes I returned it because of extreme warmly tuned display and also black colour crush.

@@Trust_in_Passion I talked to Realme's technical team and they claimed earlier that its a software issue and when it wasn't resolved after the update they said its a hardware issue and I need to visit their service center to resolve the issue.

During BBD sale I had bought realme 9 pro + 5G but it had a fog issue in primary camera. I tried returning the product but Flipkart Customer support is just pushing the pickup dates. Flipkart's service is very much disgusting. Also camera lens protector isn't helping. 😭 Also thankyou bro for raising awareness ❤️

Amazon is far better in customer service support. I just had the issue with Sony headphone and they replaced it without asking any questions. Earlier I used to shop through flipkart only but after experiencing the customer service, I'm inclined towards Amazon now.

Realme 9 pro plus 5G has known fog issues in rear camera.. you should have done a bit of research before buying it...Also no use contacting Flipkart..they will direct you to the nearest service centre after 10-15 days..and in service centre they may give you a replacement realme 9 pro plus or an older generation realme GT Neo 2..

True... One of my experiences is with amazon for oneplus tv, and it took 4-5 months to replacement and another with flipkart for a tv unit, which took 1 month to book replacement.
