I faced same issue with my keyboard .I mistakenly ordered a blue switch gaming keyboard instead of red switch. And they said it won't be returned as our product delivered is true and its your fault and nothing from our side. I brought a electronic product and it was a defective piece. The review is good everything is good but the only thing is that the product is it damaged internally. Now I can't return it nor I can replace it sitting in my home. Now this policy charge sucks, it's better to move to offline purchase. Online purchase only is advantageous only if you get discounts.
