I just got this stuff from Autogeek and had the chance to use it today for the first time. I LOVE THIS STUFF! I actually used it to top up a full on window coating I already had on the glass. I didn't want to do a full prep on the window, polish, clay, etc. so I just cleaned the glass real good with a cleaner. The previous full on window coating is still holding on really well so I just wanted to use the Quickview as a "topper" or "refresh" product on the coating. It was super easy to apply and remove and the glass is very slick. VERY VERY GOOD PRODUCT that I highly recommend. It will be one of the easiest window coatings you will ever use with superior results! The built in applicator is great, the speed of application is great, the removal is great, just an all around very good product for professionals and enthusiasts alike.

will my wipers start acting crazy, skipping and jumping all over the windshield when I use this product and use wipers? many chepa products, expecially rainx here in US have that problem

I haven’t experienced this after several uses on different cars. There are other variables that can cause this. Try to clean your wiper blade and put some product on the rubber if it would happen. Regards, Y.

What kind of glass towel did he use?

First time user. Applied and didn't think I left on for longer then 10 minutes but when I wiped off with damp (maybe too damp) microfiber cloth it seemed blotchy. When dry it looked fine but was driving home today and temperature was 1c. Wipers came on and the whole area looked like one big smear? tried some windshield wash and same thing. Is there a way to fix this? If I reapply do I use an IPA cleaner first?

Hi, one of the problems that can occur when you don’t work the product or have too much product drying out on the same place. Try to reapply some product but work it longer till you have a consistent, thin film on your windscreen. It will come off easy afterwards and should solve your problem. Regards, Y.

@@GYEON_official Thank you. I will try that. I have seen a comment from Gyeon USA that the product should sit for 20 minutes and instructions say at least 5 minutes. Can you provide info on whether longer then the 5 is beneficial?

So, I reapplied and same thing but bought new wipers and seemed to solve it. Then put in 2nd car but again there is smearing when the wipers run. The beading is amazing and when at speed wipers ate not needed but overall the smearing has left me wondering if I would re buy this product.

I use RainX for the last 10 years and still got that same bottle, super easy to apply and works amazing for up to 3 months. no wipers needed. Thats great value if you ask me. So i think 30 euro just to test if it does a better job then RainX is not worth it for me. My car is coated with Gyeon and absolutely love the products for washing and maintaining the coating, just top stuff!

Sorry but we are really comparing two completely different products. You can also wash your car with cheap dish soap, it will look clean and the soap will last a long time..but do you? My point is that once you experience the product, you will value it. Regards, Y.

@@GYEON_official I dont see how it is a completely different product , they both do the same thing, repel water from the windshield and give you a clear sight. Yes the Gyeon last dubbel the time as RainX does and thats it. Or does Gyeon Q2 Quickview does more then that?

Olive oil will also repel water from your windshield! Chemically Q²QuickView is totally different and this means longer durability and no smeary or rather grease film and pretty long durability. A Porsche, McLaren, Bugatti do the same thing as a bus, they bring you from point a to b, one is a bit faster then the other. Pick the one you like. Regards, Y.

Yes you can. Do a proper preparation first and apply an even and consistent layer, let it sit for 15 minutes and wipe off with a damp cloth. Regards, Y.

Glass be slick after apllying quick view?

I think maybe I waited too long to wipe it off or my damp towel was not quite damp enough... driving in the rain with the wipers on I can see several smudges/high spots on the front windshield. Possible solution?

@@waxmanvids5015 @GYEON_official the solution for myself was to also reapply. Make sure to do small circles and watch from an angle to see how even the coating looks. If you missed places originally those spots will have to be worked longer. I had a waffle weave towel soaking in warm water to wipe it off with. Solved my issues. HOWEVER Gyeon your instructions need to include this information. How about a supplemental video?

It’s a glass cleaner with hydrophobic properties, it’s not developed with the goal to dissolve bug spatter. As a topper for Q²QuickView or Q²View: absolutely! Regards, Y.

Is dat normaal dat GYEON quick view zo snel achteruitgaat op 6weken tijd ? Precies alsof er geen coating erop zit. Voor het coaten eerst het glas goed gewassen erna met clay mild. Toen nog is met glass cleaner erover gegaan en toen nog is 2x met prep erover gegaan. Op de plaatsen waar de ruitenwissers niet komen werkt de coating nog best goed, maar op de plaatsen van de ruitenwissers niet meer. Wat kan of moet ik doen ?

Hey, ik persoonlijk heb nu QuickView 4 maand op een daily driver met meer dan 15.000km en het werkt nog steeds meer dan goed. Ik heb quasi geen nood aan het gebruik van ruitenwissers, sommigen gebruiken echt hun ruitenwissers veel te veel en wat is nu net het doel van een coating? Het creëren van veel frictie komt duurzaamheid nooit ten goede. Voor de maximale duurzaamheid is er Q2View, die vraagt iets meer voorbereiding maar zal het langste meegaan. Regards, Y.

A lot depends on how much wipers are used of course but 6 months is realistic. The amount of cars depends which windows you coat? Front only? Front and rear? Front, rear and sides?

This did NOT last on My windshield. Rain x had better hydrophobics. I clayed, used a razor blade and thoroughly cleaned the windshield prior to applying it. Not a big deal of a product.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience but this seems very strange. From testing myself against different other products I had no issues at all and was actually surprised on how long it lasted. For the longer durability we recommend GYEON VIEW.
