I used to be 287lbs. I had been picked on, beaten on and the center of every fat joke that came to anyone's mind. I heard this song for the first time after I walked home alone from being kicked out of a car of "friends" because I "took up too much space." I saw the music video for this song and it inspired me to make a change. After that day i have lost 89lbs and 29% body fat. I am stronger then any of those people that ever insulted me and in the best shape of my life. All thanks to this song.

this song is definitely one of the most inspiring songs i've ever heard. i was born with spina bifida and can get very discouraged sometimes when i'm having a bad day with pain or just struggling to get around. this is just the kind of song the world needs to give someone a "pick-me-up" when they've had a rough time and just want to give up.
