The problem is that most people these days are told by the online motivators/influencers to push themselves. If they are not feeling energetic any particular day, they still have to push themselves to go to the gym and do intense workout. Otherwise they are lazy or not disciplined. I have been doing exercise like Shivohaam sir advised in this video, for last 20 years. But till now, I thought I am lazy and not driven enough. This video is the first time that an expert validated how I have been doing it. The thing is that if you push yourself too hard even if your lifestyle doesn't support it, then you will completely quit eventually (sooner rather than later)

I had started going Gym before Covid and one Stupid trainer made me do CrossFit to convince me for hiring personal trainer and I suffered through very bad Knee Pain and owner of the Gym discouraged me saying that you should hire a personal trainer or else you will loose only 12 kg in 12 months and I felt like I was demoralised.
