Bought this with careful review of you guys breakdown tbh… can echo everything you guys brought up… one of the best-built/engineered equipment pieces ever marketed imo, as it can be useful to any demographic imaginable. I bought it as standalone as you guys did, and about to drop into a rack, which I think is the way to fully maximize the utility offered by this product. Combine this rack mounted unit with a high pulley system, and you have yourself a compact AF home gym.

it looks like if you push your hips back you don't have a vertical cable anymore, looks like its pulling you at an angle. Some people had mentioned to me that it puts knee sheering no matter where you stand:( I have a bad knee and this is what's preventing me from getting rhino and the loading on vertical pin is preventing me from getting squat max. I guess nothing its perfect. lol. don't know which one to get yet

Gentlemen, really appreciate the video! I did want to mention that one way to keep the bands from coming off is to put one band on one weight horn, run it down under both band pegs, then up onto the weight horn on the other side. It should look something like a U shape. Try that and see how it does :)

It's crazy all the exercises you can do with the rhino it's a great machine. It's great at belt squats that's for sure. However, I dont know if I will buy it just for squats🙄 About the other exercises you can do on rhino I can do them on my lat pull down or FT, curls, lat pull downs, cable curls, low rows l, let curls etc. However, something ideally like about rhino is that i can turn it into a reverse hyper... I do have 2 buldging disk in lower back and love doing belt squats and reverse hyper should help my lower back too🙂 I iam buying rep pr4000 with ares.withing a month. I know as far as doing belt squats u can't beat the rhino OR squat max, however I believe I can mimic belt squats with a DYI belt squat system or with one of thoese leverage arm belt squats. I like the sorinex squat j squat. I know the angle it's a little different with leverage arm tha when squating with belt squats but for the price difference I think it's worth the shot?? I still like the rhino though. LOL Iam trying to convince my self not to buy it. Lol

Debating between all in one functional trainner ( force usa, brute force, french fintness) or getting the rogue monster rhino belt squat + rack.. it looks like I can do all kinds of stuff with rhino belt squat. I have 2 buldging disk in lower back so this will be good. Also looking at the rep fit with ares and their belt squat attachment. Anyways I would like to know how to bench press with rhino platform in the way?? It looks like it will get in the way of the bench??

I don’t have any experience with the belt squat attached to the rack. I would assume you could bench outside the rack with spotter arms

@@animal1622 yea that's the thing rhat I don't think I can even lift outside rack since there is no space for the bench to do incline, decline etc outside of rack cause the platform will get in the way when moving bench back to do incline
