After independent eto he also need to get required watchkeeping certificates then hve to clear his meo class4 and so on long process he can appear for exam after 36 months of seatime n all.

Brother in any field without investing we don't get good return... according to future scope this field is dicy little bit but its on study,hardwork and luck like after engg also we are not getting any worthy job which we desire while doing engineering by investing lakhs per year but still we try so just like that rather doing master we can take a chance and do this course nasib hoga to mil hi jayega and there are top institute also who give assurity of placement so join them... But first decide do u like electrical things and merchant navy then only do.
