Thank you for motivating us 40+ ladies!!!! I just turned 47 and I am looking forward never back. Weight training is key to increase bone density for our age range ladies. And Protein for building muscle mass so I eat nuts & seeds every am, and Greek yogurt adding flax seeds to get my probiotics in. I’ve noticed I don’t even crave the sweets eating like this. For my still acne prone/hyperpigmentation skin, I’ve just discovered Tazarotene gel, so far I’m liking it more than tretinoin because I’m noticing a glow and evening out of my skin. I love this, lately I’m discovering a lot of beautiful 40+ women and it’s inspiring ❤.

Happy Sunday, SisterFriend❣️The more "seasoned" I get, the more I realize that age is what you make it. You can decide to get old or you can decide to live fully until there is no more life in you; I have opted for the later. I look at the numbers on the calender as how many times grateful I am to be here and have the opportunity to have new experiences and create new memories. Taking the best possible care of myself I hope allows me more days on this planet to do just that; live fully! I find life over 40 to be fuller because I have learned to walk in gratitude and wisdom.
