Japanese words with the directions would be super 便利な. Especially ingredients and verbs like mix, boil, grill.

hello! I love your videos and this recipe specially, it is indeed easy! I'm making it right now, it's not the first time but it is the first time I'm considering just making the gyozas without cooking them, I'm going to need them tomorrow for my friend's birthday and would love to cook them in the morning instead of cooking them right now and reheating tomorrow. Is that ok? will the gyozas be fine in the fridge during the night, without been cooked and just cook them in the morning? thank you!

Looks so good! I’m learning from my 90 yr old Japanese mother how to mix the meat. We add nira and cannot make it without it! Here I. Pennsylvania it is hard to find. I try to find it at Asian stores but it’s difficult!

Those look so good! I really need to try making them fresh like this. When I do get some frozen ones, I like to mix a little corn starch with the water to give them a nice crunchy web underneath.
