Bahan-bahan Isian:
550 gr kubis, rebus dengan ½ sdt garam sampai layu, cincang
75 gr kucai, potong-potong
420 gr daging sapi giling (resep asli menggunakan daging babi giling berlemak)
30 gr jahe parut
4 siung (12 gr) bawang putih parut
¼ sdt lada bubuk
2½ sdm saus tiram
1½ sdm kecap asin
1½ sdm minyak wijen
Bahan-bahan Kulit:
500 gr terigu pro tinggi
30 gr minyak wijen
290-320 gr air panas (sesuaikan dengan tingkat kelembaban tepung, saya hanya menggunakan 290 gr air panas)
tepung tapioka, utk melapisi dan untuk menggilas adonan
Bahan Saus:
2 sdm arak beras
1 sdm kecap asin
¼ sdt minyak cabe

Filling Ingredients:
550 gr cabbage, boiled with ½ teaspoon salt until wilted, chopped
75 gr chives, minced
420 gr ground beef (original recipe uses fatty ground pork)
30 gr grated ginger
4 cloves (12 gr) grated garlic
¼ tsp ground pepper
2½ tbsp oyster sauce
1½ tbsp soy sauce
1½ tbsp sesame oil
Wrapper Ingredients:
500 gr high pro flour
30 gr sesame oil
290-320 gr hot water (adjust to the moisture level of the flour, I only used 290 gr hot water)
tapioca flour, for coating and for rolling out the dough
Sauce Ingredients:
2 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp chili oil
