Buttery is cool. And he’s just that, a guy that has fun riding. He knows he’s not the man, he’s not trying to be. So for a pro that really is the bottom tier to essentially discourage him is pretty douchey.

@@seaeff6428 I mean, the guy is a riding coach and considered one of the 20 best riders in the world at any given time. Saying he’s bottom level when he races at the top level is just ignorant. He’s jealous buttery is making 10x what he does and is just having fun. Kids can emulate whoever they want to. Is buttery the perfect example if they’re planning on being the next Ken roczen? No. But it’s also not detrimental either. The shit he said was completely unwarranted and a dick move for no reason. I’ve been right there, verbal diarrhea... I’ve said things that just came out wrong, nothing like it should have meant, and people just don’t want to hear an explanation afterwards. You just gotta kinda own it and be like “I said it, “I apologize, what I said came out wrong”, and then just be careful to not do it later. I’m an AJ fan, he is a hell of a rider, and I wish there were guys like him when I was younger that was so willing to work with the youth because I never got that help. Ultimately, I’m 36 now and I just trail ride dirt bikes because I don’t feel like my body could handle big crashes to get good enough to race competitively... though I want to. I do however push quads a little harder and I feel like I could probably go that route in 4 wheels.
