Darek Stepien im not german (swiss) but im 99% sure that possession of drugs is illegal. So whatever amount you have youre fucked. Ive heard that some people even got „arrested“ (they just had to pay and got criminal records) for having a little bit weed in the grinder. And gun laws are not like in amerika. If you want a gun you have to get a permission and everything (legal) illegal guns are not that hard to find. And automatic guns are completely illegal so legally youre not able to have other guns than pistols and hunting rifles. (Sry for bad english)

Ok let me try to break it down for y’all: Not eeverthing is illegal over here in Germany, CBD is legal (not THC tho) and guns with a license are also legal. The rest is not, of course. They do these music videos and by the time the police finds out, they’ve already got rid of everything, so there is no evidence left, therefore no reason for arresting. The police here can’t arrest for just Video like that, they would need to have other things like the drugs or guns to do so. Everything else doesn’t count, that’s the law. Technically you could label everything with “Art” in Germany and it would be ok to play it uncensored on platforms, also on TV. I assume that the police managed to get their hands on some evidence and that’s why he got arrested.
