Kabitaaa mam! I tried your recipe yesterday and made almost 6 kg chicken dum biryani. 3 kg rice and 2.5 kg chicken. Added all the ingredients suggested by you as per quantity of biryani and kept it on high and low flame for extra 5 + 5 mins as quantity was larger and it turned out so so so awesome.
