The most challenging part of cooking chicken biriyani is to keep the chicken juicy not dry unlike mutton, which was to the point here. Although the receipe widely varies from Kolkata biriyani except the Aloo it looks delicious. Will try it sometimes.

But I have always loved chicken biryani and when I was in India my MIL would make it for me. When I came here to Canada no one was there to make it for me and I thought I should give it a try. We deeply love Indian food over here, but usually restaurants serve British-Indian dishes. They're incredibly delicious, but I'm always curious to know how they would be prepared in their motherland, so finding Indian cookery youtubers is always a gift to me. I am someone who heavily relies on Swiggy and Zomato but for some reason decides to give this recipe a go. Haven't even made the biryani yet but trust me when I say this, the home made biryani masala that you advised to make, has made my entire place just as aromatic as the biryani ka patila.
