* Coriander Powder - 1 TSP
* Cumin Powder - 1/2 TSP
* Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 TSP
* Garam Masala - 1/2 tap
* Ghee - 1 tbsp
* Dry Red Chilli - 1
* Chopped Garlic - 1 TSP
* Ginger Julienne - 1 TSP
* Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 TSP
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 TSP
* Splited Green Chilli - 2
* Chopped Coriander Leaves

* Basmati Rice - 1 cup
* Water - 2 cup
* Ghee - 2 tbsp
* Cumin Seeds - 1 TSP
* Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch
* Black Cardamom - 1
* Green Cardamom - 3
* Clove - 3
* Salt - 1/2 TSP
* Lemon Juice - 1 TSP
