Thanks for sharing this Useful recipe. You have shared the quantity ( kg./grams) of dhaniya and pudina, but not of Garlic. Kindly share the amount of garlic, green chillies you have taken inthe ratio of dhaniya and pudina. Secondly, if ginger is to be added then how much quantity will be required to make it's premix. Although Saunth powder is available in the market but one is not sure of it's shelf life. Hope you will consider on my comment. Please respond.
