Nah. For America, Russia is just another third world country they can start conflict over and destroy along with a neighboring one like Ukraine and sell weapons. Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Russia even Ukraine are states inferior in power to the US and so NATO uses them to fight one another so they can turn out the sole rulers of the world For the US countless NATO members are considered third world weakling regimes, they only avoid conflicts because they decide to side with them.
