~INGREDIENTS~
~FOR DOUGH~
Wheat flour- 1 cup
All-purpose flour- 3/4 cup
Clarified butter- 3 1/2 tbsp
Baking soda- less than 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Sugar- 1/2 tsp or to taste
Water as required
Chopped Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Yoghurt- 2-3 tbsp
Extra Clarified butter as required
Extra Dry flour as required
~FOR STUFFING~
Boiled potato- 2 medium sized (grated)
Cottage cheese/paneer- 150 gram
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Chopped Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Crushed Coriander- 1 tbsp
Anardana- 1 tbsp
Chopped Green chili to taste
Finely Chopped Onion- 2 medium-sized
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
