Followers of Buddhism don't acknowledge a supreme god or deity. They instead focus on achieving enlightenment --- a state of inner peace and wisdom. When followers reach this spiritual echelon, they're said to have experienced nirvana. The path to enlightenment is attained by utilizing morality, meditation and wisdom. Enlightenment is when a wave realizes it is the Ocean. HE Garchen Rinpoche is a master of Dzogchen, a Tibetan word that means Great Perfection. On the outer level it refers to a method of meditative practice that enables us to recognize our true nature. Ultimately, great perfection is that very nature: the natural, primordially pure nature of mind.🙏💟✨✨

I am 75. My body is,weary to cycle in samsara still..I am.in leh ladakh.. When I sut sbd look at the hugh mtns china border. I see the root ..the freedom that us eqyanimity ..I to. Spacious joy. Ful..root if budh. Old age can be. Unwelcome ...but it also can be meeting great sigh of Wisdom threads.
