Kyabjé Garchen Triptrul Rinpoche (His Eminence 8th Gar Konchok Nyetong Tenpei Nyima Choekyi Palsangye) taught extensively about White Tara practice. White Tara names originally in sanskrit: Sáraswatī or Sītā Tārā, also known as Wish-fulfilling Wheel, or Cintachakra; in tibetan: Drolkar.
As Garchen Rinpoche teaches, it is important to grow the inner Love, Compassion and Wisdom which shine forth as our own inner Buddha Nature. That is the ultimate protection deriving from deity yoga: when we understand that Tara is always there as our own deepest Mind, which is shared with all other beings, no matter how much we might sometimes sink into dualism and confusion.
White Tara offers peace, prosperity, health and long life through her enlightened activities. She is depicted with a female body that is the brilliant white of a thousand autumn moons. Original form of White Tara had two eyes. In most known tibetan form her third eye, in her forehead, symbolizes her vision of the unity of ultimate reality, while she simultaneously sees the relative and dualistic world with her other two eyes. Her hands and feet also have eyes, showing that all her actions are governed by her ultimate wisdom and compassion. She is the protective, helpful and comforting mother who shows limitless kindness, generosity and protection towards those who are tossed in the ocean of suffering, and if we recite her mantra and make a connection to her, we draw closer to developing her enlightened qualities in ourselves.

It is interesting to hear all of this. Feels so 'formal' compared to my experiences with her. She sought me out and found me. She washed my wounds. She reminded me of who and what I am. She taught me more about being Christed than anything I ever read in the Bible. She has wild sisters which also express her, Green Tara and Laxmi. She will not be contained by cage of convention yet feels no need to exert her Strength as 'Force'. There is no teaching someone her nature. You meet her and experience her in a fully dynamic way. Something I have noticed is that those who embody her, their face will begin to take on her expression. I honestly don't know how I would still be here if she had not answered me when I was in a spiritually abused place under contract of Daemons and False Light. My Master/abuser asked me to take on a new name to match his own. I told him I will go Within and ask the Utmost for this name. MeTaStar Tara is what came and to this Self I surrendered Wholly. My Master was displeased by the 'Tara'. He wanted my last name to 'match' his. I told him I must surrender to what I have been shown. By a miracle, he did not argue it. It was from then on that she would help me carry the burden of what I was to do and what I was to teach. Through her Strength I am Whole, in her White Column I am in Aeternal Christ Sophia's Womb. I surrender into right action. The answer has always been achieved. Cloaked in her Purity do I greet the Dragon in her hair of torment. Adorned in her Wisdom I stand in the presence of all Disharmonious siphoning. Through her Glory, does this Truth radiate. Om Tara Tuttare Om! ❤️🙏🌸🌏

I am sure your wild experience was valid. This teaching is also valid. I am sure you agree that there are many paths to truth. This lama is leading thousands, many thousands, to truth. I have followed him since 1997. He is legit.

P.s. Tara is not only an Ascended. She is embodied as our Mother Planet in the 2nd density. It was here her Krystalline Tree of Life powered Aeternal Being of her Womb in sustenance to her Body. There once was a war and impending cataclysm (550 billion YA) which caused the Krystalline Tree/Stargate to explode/implode simultaneously. Masses of the Taran body were cleaved from her and were sucked through the Black Gateway in the Sun, and ejected into 1st density. This is a natural response utilized by the CosMia in order to preserve the Aeternal Body of Life. In density 1, her Soul Shards would become our entire Solar System left with the hope of re-accreting back into the Krystalline Kovenant of the Taran Tree. She is our Mother in every possible way. Her son Yeshua, Buddha, Osiris, Rinpoche. Her daughter Isis, Magdalena, her attributes caged in to the 10,000 banes of the Achamoth (false Light MOTH-er). The moths which flock to Light in search of Truth.
