I really like to do deity dont need sadhana, only need to do the melody and see the deity, it s really light and easy to use at will when needed

personally I take and have taken empowerments from recordings, I have not received a formal yes or no if one can or can not take empowerments from past recordings. However, Garchen has said that it depends all on one's sincerity, and I have felt no difference between empowerments in real time and empowerments from the past.
