ढोकला की बिलकुल अलग रेसिपी, एकबार खाओगे तो दीवाने होजाओगे Dudhi Dhokla Recipe, Instant Dhokla Recipe

पहले भी मैंने बहोत अलग अलग ढोकला की रेसिपी शेर की है. ढोकला टेस्टी के साथ साथ हेल्थी भी बहोत होते है. दूधी मुठिया तो आपने बहोत बार खाया होगा पर अब दूधी यानि की लौकी के ढोकला बनाये बहोत टेस्टी बनते है.
Ingredients -
200 grams Bottlegourd/Lauki
¼ Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves/Hara Dhaniya
1½ inches Fresh Peeled Ginger/Adrakh
2 Green Chilli/Hari Mirch
1 Cup Semolina/Sooji/Rava
½ Cup Sour Curd/Khatta Dahi
1 tsp Sugar/Chini
½ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
As required Water
1 tsp Refined Oil
1 tsp Sesame Seeds/Safed Til
1 tsp Lemon Juice/Nimbu ka ras
As per taste Salt/Namak
1 tsp Eno Fruit Salt
As per taste Black Pepper Powder & Red Chilli Powder (For Sprinkle on Dhokla)
For Tempering
2 tbsp Refined Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
1 Chopped Green Chilli/Hari Mirch
½ tsp Sesame Seeds/Safed Til
5-7 Curry Leaves/Kadi Patta
As required Chopped Coriander Leaves (For Garnishing)
Serve it with Green Chutney/Garlic Chutney
