You are asking why you had so much trouble getting your parajet airborne. You must launch the wing with no throttle until the wing is flying. Try not to use too much throttle, too much throttle pulls the wing into a near stall configuration. Near the end when you discovered that it flies better with a little brake, that is how to "Trim" the wing just as you would trim the elevator on a fixed wing plane. Of course you are correct in my humble opinion that the wind was perhaps a little too strong. :-D Either way, this was another great video for us to enjoy!! :-D

That was very good , try and try again until you succeed , the Petrincic brothers motto . I know where you went wrong with the launch , the sail should fill with air and go over your head before power comes on otherwise the motor will push the sail down . Great video....... DON"T remove the EDF wait and fly it on a calm day as it should fly very fast......... It was great and I want one now with the EDF........... As a skydiver I know that the wind was too high for you with the swirling on the ground and that is why you had problems with the sail. Great save Capt. DUDES !! This video was AWESOME !! This is why you fellows are gonna be number 1 on KZbin for RC enthusiasts !! When you showed the glider with the EDF I KNEW it would fly … but watching you and Capt Blaz trying to get it off the ground was fantastic ! It was particularly cool watching Capt Blaz do the swan dive into the grass !! It looked as if the parachute was stalling and spinning out. The angle of attack may have been too high and stalling it out. Once in the air it flew beautiful. So entertaining … your best video of all time. If it were me alone flying, I would face it into the wind, and I would drag the chute behind, go full throttle, and hopefully take off.
