Hélène, ce baryton Yamaha YBH-621 semble un instrument de qualité très supérieure. Malheureusement, son prix n'est pas à ma portée. J'apprécierais cependant, pouvoir acquérir un saxhorn baryton de la marque Yamaha mais dont le prix serait compris entre 1500 et 2500 euros. Si un modèle existe dans ce créneau, pourriez-vous me le conseiller? Un 3 pistons me suffirait? Cordialement

I'm thinking more and more that a British baritone ought to be my next musical instrument purchase (I play a bell front American baritone I've been carting around since I was eleven). Curiously enough, though I have played a euphonium from time to time, I have little interest in owning one (perhaps because they have become too common).

I agree with you. I've been pressured to seek a Euphonium as my next instrument. I've been playing a 60 year Baritone Horn which still had a good sound and on pitch. What I really want is a Yamaha Baritone. I like the sound over the Euphonium. Maybe Someday I can get my wish.

That's a tremendous lot of work for a small shop, Vinicius. But Yamajha could pay for it, maybe ? In short, here is the translation : it is a very fine instrument, easy to play, with precise tuning, strong, warm and clear sound. It blends perfectly with the smallest chamber sets, such as 2 clarinets, 3 saxophones and 1 saxhorn. ;-)
