হোটেল স্টাইলে ডাল ভুনা রেসিপি |Bangladeshi Hotel Style Chana Dal | Chana Dal Bhuna| Chana dal Recipe | চানা ডাল। বুটের ডাল
এই ডাল আমরা বাসায় খুব কমই রান্না করি কারণ হোটেল থেকে আনা ডালটা খুব বেশি মজা হয়। সকালের নাস্তায় রুটি, পরোটার সাথে খেতে খুব ভালো লাগে। কিন্তু এই ডাল বাসায় বানানোটাও খুব সহজ এবং একদম হোটেলের মতোই হয়। Ingredients:
1. Chola dal/Chana dal/ Split Chickpea: 1 Cup.
2. Oil: 2 tablespoons.
3. Cardamom: 3 pieces.
4. Bay leaf: 2 pieces.
5. Cinamon: 2 small pieces.
6. Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon.
7. Chopped Onion: 1 medium size.
8. Garlic ginger paste: 1 teaspoon.
9. Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon.
10. Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon.
11. Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon.
12. Green chili: 6/7 pieces
13. Freshly chopped coriander: 2 teaspoons.
To temper/ Bagar:
1. Oil: 2 tablespoons.
2. Dried red chili: 2 pieces.
3. Chopped Garlic: 2 teaspoons.
4. Chopped Onion: 2 tablespoons.

Just cooked your way. The only thing I added was two teaspoons of ghee. My Dal was two cups so I increased the ingredients accordingly.. As a first-timer the result is awesome! Thanks for sharing.
