I don't know what’s going on politically with Zara but be aware of their ONLY 30 day return policy!!! They will not even give in store credit after the 30 days. I'm stuck with the 2 same $100 coats!!! I WILL NOT shop there ever again!!!!!!!!

I’m not loving Zara much anymore, I think quality has went down recently too, shopping way less there this year. Sorry you had the experience you did ♥️

@@ashleecoburn I think too Zara is a big enough company they can ATLEAST offer an exchange or instore credit after the 30 days. Several stores offer 90 day returns and H&M after 30 days will let you atleast exchange. It seems like quite a scam to not offer in-store credit or an exchange.
