It's being performed at baroque pitch, A = 415Hz rather than A = 440Hz. It's a better approximation of what the music may have sounded like in Händel's time, as there was no standard tuning used everywhere like there is today. Different tunings were used in different regions. Because of this, many historically informed performances of music from this period and earlier use tunings other than A = 440.

I love Luca Pisaroni's voice, but I still think the version of Sibilar gli angui d'Aletto by Samuel Ramey is the best. No other sing has quite managed the combination of beauty of vocal tone, interpretation, and flexibility and agility of Ramey.
