頭頂、後枕白色，背至尾藍色，翼有白斑。臉、胸黑色，腹、臀白色。尾羽末端有白斑嘴喙和腳則是鮮紅色。尾羽細長，藍色，中央尾羽尖端白色，外側尾羽具黑白相間之寬闊橫紋。
分布：
喜馬拉雅山脈、印度東北部、中國、中南半島。

Body length 45~68 cm. Iris red. Mouth red. Feet red.
The top of the head and back pillow are white, the back to the tail are blue, and there are white spots on the wings. The face and chest are black, and the belly and buttocks are white. There are white spots at the end of the tail feathers, and the beak and feet are bright red. The tail feathers are slender and blue, the central tail feathers have white tips, and the outer tail feathers have broad black and white horizontal stripes.
