特徵：
體長12公分。虹膜褐色。嘴紅色，幼鳥嘴鉛灰色。腳黑色。
除臉部、過眼線外，全身密佈細密橫紋。頭頂灰褐色，嘴基至過眼線紅色。背部褐色，臉、喉灰白色，胸、腹淺紅褐色，腹中央有粉紅色斑塊，尾下覆羽黑色。
分布：
原產於非洲撒哈拉沙漠以南地區，但已被引進許多國家，在中國、台灣都可以看到。

Feature:
Body length 12 cm. Iris brown. The bill is red, and the bill of young birds is lead gray. Feet black.
Except for the face and eyeliner, the whole body is densely covered with fine horizontal lines. The top of the head is grey-brown, and the base of the mouth is red from the eyeline. The back is brown, the face and throat are gray-white, the chest and abdomen are light reddish brown, there are pink patches in the center of the abdomen, and the lower tail coverts are black.
Distributed:
It is native to sub-Saharan Africa, but has been introduced to many countries and can be seen in China and Taiwan.
