合気道基本技編「座技呼吸力養成法（座技呼吸法）」（審査五級～）

中村先生の技はさすがですなぁ。 気になるのは、座技呼吸法で呼吸力が身に付くのか？ってことと、他の技に落とし込めるのか？ってこと。 座技呼吸法で「何が」身に付くのか、そこを知りたく思っています。

I find this technique the most difficult and challenging. When I tried the technique for the first time, I thought that I would never be able to do it. I still find it difficult. I just have to continue to figure out how to do it correctly. It will take a long time, won't it?
