Super old comment, but any-who: Okay, most real, scientific and academic research will point towards you being incorrect about vampires. Unless you can provide us all with photo evidence or perhaps a scientific explanation? Just a thought. History indicates it was just, frightened people creating monsters to explain ordinary occurrences. Maybe, just maybe, vampires and other creatures were used to explain things to humans that we couldn't understand yet. Like, how people believed because a corpse appeared to be growing more hair, it must be alive and a vampire/monster, when in reality it was just that the body was decaying and shrinking over time, giving a false impression that more hair was growing out of its head. Or how people used to believe that frogs fell from the sky when it rained, when in reality, frogs just come out in the rain. Same thing with worms, and flies.
