Thank you..transitioning from First employer to local retail employer is very informative. I need small advise - My daughter is a BTech in CSE and MS in Advanced CSE from UK . She has been working in UK for last two years after MS on React JS and Java Backend for an American Company and overall experience is around 4 Years and three months.She has her H1B petition (I129) approved(Filed by Texas based Consultant) and need to go for stamping. Could you advise how she can plan transition from UK to US in the best possible way under current job environment? Thank You.

@@visweswararaopentela260 Hi Sir, Thank you for your feedback. Is your daughter found any client here from the consultancy or is it in-house project. Usually in us consulate they might ask about project and client(client letter too in some cases) so if it’s a In-house project please make sure that she has all the details about that like what type project, budget why she has to travel here for in-house project instead she can manage from there. So she has explain that it is required as she might be the key resource of this project and for any product support she has to available in immediately for the issues and discussions like that. If it’s external client make sure that she has client letter, salary she might get and tech stack/domain she is going to be in for the project. For any answers she has to be confident and comfortable at the consulate. Thank you

@@visweswararaopentela260 great please ask her to carry the client letter(color printout also fine) to the interview and one my friend had a question like whether you know the job/non-immigrant work rights she said yes. So please make sure your daughter has some idea on this too. It’s not compulsory but at least some information.

@Hi Sahi Sister, This year my H1 b petition got approved through consular and am waiting for visa interview.Basically i want to know how is the job market for java developer as am currently having 7.5 yrs of experience in the same domain in India. Is it good to come now as per job market once my visa got approved. Give me suggestions on this point

@@salikamounica6995 Hi Sister, congratulations for your H1B. Currently the job market is not so good as lot of opt students and other h1 people are facing tough situation to get the job. But I don’t want you to discourage or feel bad please complete your stamping then check with your employer whether he will support you to get the job as few employers ask employees to find their job own. If your employer supports then it’s good please come as java is one of the good option. But if you have to find yourself and spend money on your own then please plan accordingly as it may take time to get the job in some situations

Hi, on H1 you have to do technical work but if you’re on H4 dependent visa apply for EAD and do teacher job
