Hello. I am a U.S. citizen with my foreign husband in Iraq. Our case just went to the NVC but they sent it to an Embassy that is not processing cases. How do we change this?

@@SanDiegoImmigrationlawyer Hello Deigo I’m in Florida I filed form I - 130 October of 2017 for my adult children over 21 years. June on 2020 NVC approved my case and I was told that they’re waiting for a visa to become available. The portal is closed and I’m not able to pay and upload my documents. What can I do to get the process to document complete?
