I filed a I-130 in 2017. It arrived at NVC on June of 2020. I’m still waiting for the portal to open so I can upload all documents and pay it have been 4 years now. What should I do? I’m from the Caribbean it for my children over 21 years.

I read the senate immigration deal. It doesn’t seem to do any favours for fb visas. On 304-305? Wherever it starts, an extra 32k for each of the next 5 years to be rolled over until they are consumed. The only problem is that the DoS is never going to get to 226k so those extra visas will just remain on the books while 10s of thousands of fb visas get rolled down to eb. There is still no requirement for the DoS to issue the 226k visas.

our k1 visa case is still at nvc status for five months. We even had a medical emergency and the nvc requested our case to be expedited but the islamabad embassy in Pakistan denied our request as they are claiming limited service because of the pandemic. No idea this was still a thing in 2024. How much longer do you think our case will stay "at nvc" status?

Hi Jacob Great video’s Your great My EB3 case was DC in April 2022. We are waiting for interview at Montreal consulate. Presently they are conducting interviews for most EB cases that were DC in May 2022. Seeing it’s a month after when I was DC, does it mean I’m close to being contacted for my interview. My case is F4 India. My PD is 1 August 2006 which has very long waiting. It is not moving since long. The main problem for India FB cases, the only one Embassy is taking interviews for Family based cases. Actually the US Govt must allow Delhi Embassy and also o in ther 4 to conduct the family based immigration interviews so that backlog is cleared earlier. Pl try to send my request to US Govt to start immediately FB cases interviews in all the Embassy offices in India.
