i think a friend of my mine was wrongfully denied adjustment. the Denial letter stated the two reasons as 1. she didnt explain well enough how she came into the country, but she came into the us at age 10. 2. was she couldn't prove that she was in the US at exactly dec 2000, but she has school and medical records from 1993 to 2015

Hi Jacob What happens if someone is not able to come back to US before SB 1 Visa expires. I have been approved, it expires in end of December 2021. The airline ticket prices are too high now because of holidays season. If I come back in January when ticket prices are lower then what happens?

If you please, I have an important question and I hope you will answer it. I am married with a woman who has an daughter has18-year-old daughter and his father lives alone. When she reaches the age of 21, will the girl be able to fix the papers for her mother and me, as I am her mother's husband, and I get the green card for me and her mother at the same time ???? If the answer is yes, how long will it take from the start of the paper repair process in order to obtain a green card ?????

My daughter is 21 and was born and raised in the US. I am Canadian but left my marriage with her American mother then was barred for ten years when we tried to reconcile. The 10 years is up, now my daughter wants to sponsor me. I'd like to start that process with her but still reside in Canada. Can I visit and start the paperwork and start working? I already have a social security number.

have received my permanent green card through marriage. My husband is not willing to give information about his ex wife which is needed for naturalization application. The marriage is absolutely fine. He tries to take decisions for me. I don't allow this. I saw some videos that a woman can file for green card alone even if the husband doesn't give his documents. Please let me know if I can apply for naturalization if I don't have information about his ex wife.
@SanDiegoImmigrationlawyer Жыл бұрын
Yes, you can apply for naturalization even if you don't have information about your husband's ex-wife. The USCIS does not require you to provide information about your spouse's previous marriages. Hi, I was deported back in 2004 for life (I think). I was a U.S. permanent resident and lived in the U.S. for nearly 30 years. I arrived in the U.S. with my parents in 1976. Currently I have been living in Mexico for the past 17 years. My whole family is in the U.S. My question is, what can I do to go back legally? I was convicted for an aggravated felony (not drugs nor sexual charges) and deported in 2004. What are the steps to start a process in getting back to the U.S. legally? Can I get a pardon? Or a permit to visit at least? I work as a Spanish/English Interpreter over the phone helping people all over the U.S. Please help. Thank you.

i have a question if u don't mind, do u know any moroccan person who went through my situation and comeback to USA,my situation explained below:I was living in USA and due to some circumstances I overstayd my Visa living in USA for 8 years , unfortunately I was held by ice after I committed a traffic misdemeanor,while I was in immigration jail waiting for the judge ruling I married my girlfriend with the help of an attorney but wasn't enough time to file the petition I 130 because the date of judge hearing was within one week,so my lawyer ask me to request for volunteers departure and not risk to be deported,and to apply from overseas with new marriage.so my question is to know the process followed by a follow moroccan who went through same situation, Thanks for any information provided and if u have Facebook I would like to chat in private with u

Hi there I have a questions I petition my married son 2013 but they been separated lives after? Is my petition still valid? They’re not divorce or annulled their marriage .
@SanDiegoImmigrationlawyer Жыл бұрын
Yes, your petition is still valid even if your son and his spouse are separated and not yet divorced or annulled. The USCIS considers a marriage to be valid until it is legally dissolved. As long as your son and his spouse are still legally married, your petition will be considered valid.
