Thank you so much, Mary and I sent if out packet in March 2023. I have already received my text confirming they have it. Also received my form I 797C notice. Now the long wait begins. Your info was very informative and glad things are improving. Going to text you and ask about my Fiancé who lives in the Philippines. Seemingly your numbers do not correspond with the NVC Backlog report Those scheduled for an interview for March 2023 on their report are 38,896 as opposed to 50,223 that you mention. Surprisingly the number of pending eligible IV interview applicants is less than what you have mentioned (370,125) Any idea why this much difference?

I applied for my husband 11/2017. The USCIS denied his case 7/2019. USCIS based in Cleveland Ohio, asked for the same documents 6 times before giving me an interview date. Which was 2 years after filing his case. The appeal board approved his case 7/2021, The NVC documentary approved his case 8/2022. (They kept asking for the same documents, and documents that took time to obtain due to the event happening 8 years prior to our actual meeting eachother.) The Abu Dhabi UAE embassy sent his appointment after 8 months of waiting. His interview is in 2 months.

We share 2 children together. So don't think having children will have your case move aby faster. I also have a special needs Child. They do not care about that either. The cases move as they want them to move.

It’s terrible. I am not saying that all people who works there at USCIS are bad but hey. Every time I call them they say application is scheduled, we send a letter to you. When, where, how? Very confusing. BTW mine is for naturalization

I have issue with National Visa Center, on February 10 2023 my K-1 fiance's petition was approved by USCIS and it was sent to National Visa Center for Visa processing within two to four weeks. according to the communication we receive from USCIS office in California. But up to present NVC haven't yet send the visa to my country Embassy for interview. NVC only create the Visa case number, Sir you are a immigration specialist so I decided to ask you this question. the communication we receive from USCIS that our case will expired June 8 2023, now our question here is how possible it is when NVC delay the Visa process. Three months now NVC can send the visa to my country Embassy in Liberia.

I don't see any movement on the F3 (Philippines) priority date. Been frozen since the Pandemic started and my son already turned 21. We have been waiting for 18 years and as a Canadian Citizen here in Canada we still have to follow the Philippines priority date ;(

Actually i'm now here in US, my visa when i came here is B1/B2. But because i have an approved I-130, witch been approve since 1997, tired of waiting in my hone country, it is a family petition, because my father is a WW2 vet. On 2019, the NVC send us a letter and thru CEAC, we file our DS 260, DUE TO PANDEMIC, it takes time to process, and they even send it back to USCIS for administrave issue, but finally on July 6, 2022, i verify our case and it says we can now process our visa, since i'm already here i file my adjustment of status, but my children remains in philippines. I just want to know how could my derrivatives benificiary got a chance for interview in our country. Did you know the best and fastest way?
