H2O - just add water S3 E15 - Power Play (full episode)

After seeing the work done at the marine park by the charity Dolphin Rescue, Bella comes up with an idea to hold a fundraising event for them at the cafe, but is deflated when Sophie overhears, and steals her idea, presenting it to Rikki and Zane as her own. What is more, as Sophie is organising the event, she spitefully refuses to let Bella and the band perform. But she gets into trouble with Rikki and Zane, when all of the bands she has booked instead of Bella's pull out, after hearing that Sophie has tried to make Dolphin Rescue pay a fee for the concert. Sophie is fired from the cafe, and Bella and the band perform to save the night.

i can't agree that charlotte is an evil villain since the beginning. i think that's a common and popular misconception we developed in childhood -- a consensus to plainly hate her. as if she entered the show with ill will to steal and compete. she's a girl who made heavy mistakes, but heavy mistakes were also made against her, which sculpted her attitude. (for example, cleo invading her diary early in the season, for which she never apologized, minding her without obvious reasons, blaming her from the blank point, and what happened during her first visit to sertori's). it was a game played poorly from multiple sides since the beginning (not enough communicating things through), and the starting point wasn't in anyone's favor. her part in the game turned out to be very sour as the mistakes got worse, so she lost the game. but she had a gentle soul and friendlier days. all the patience and sincere fondness for lewis. she had a delicate spirit and serious intelligence. i actually think lewis and her could've turned out good couple in some other scenario because she clearly appreciated his wit and was very mature, just like lewis. i'd say that kim is an evil one in season 2, just like in two other seasons. kim just never fails to offend lol (i'd probably be life sentenced if she was my sibling o.o )

I think that the girls powers rely on how far they push the limits. Cleo's power has a lot of potential, serious potential, but she doesn't explore how to use her powers in new ways. Cleo could totally move the water, but I guess she doesn't practice her powers now days.
