If you have a Dehumidifier you can use water from the tank instead of pouring it down the drain. There are no minerals in its water. This water is not recommended for drinking but will be plenty good for your steamer.

Actually, what I meant to ask is about a grout cleaning extension piece for FLOORS so they can be cleaned while standing.

The cleaner generates steam but it's not going through to the mop head. I am stuck with using the handheld only 😕

Several ?s 1] will the steam on this be like my convection oven and set off the smoke detector? why or why not? 2] mixed reviews on tap water vs distilled? hsn says you no longer need distilled. But what are benefits vs setbacks which water you choose? 3] gloves or no gloves steaming glass door in shower? 4] does it matter carpets thickness as to how well it glides over it? 5] how to clean machine, and pads? btw how many they give you? how often do you replace them? how much cost? who buy from? 6] Why is this not in top 5 of best steamers today on youtube? they way you/hsn makes it sound it sounds like its #1. ? 7] what is Deluxe Kit with Dual Buff ? Since I moved into a brand new apt the shade has what looks like finger prints or perhaps a dirt or stain on it. It bothers me when I look out. 10] along with this what about a bad paint job? I have like 1000 s/blotches of paint all over around frame when I open blind. This is also on both my washer and dryer, and other places too. I also feel ripped off due to false advertising. Items that were missing . These were the ones I was attracted to buying H2OHD : WINDOW CLEANING and GARMENT CLEANING TOOLS Cloths are so hard to attach and won't stay on. I've stopped using mine several months ago as the steam stopped coming out after only 12 uses on my floor tiles, not 20 -25 as is claimed by manufacturer. Can't use it without a replacement filter. I don't recommend product

Do not buy this I just got mine yesterday and tried to use it but instead of steaming the water just dripped out all over Mr floor You can't call them or text I've tried and no answer. It's a piece of junk. Sure wish I had my hard earned money back.

This is all very well;but mine in not producing any steam whatsoever. All it does is make a clicking noise as if it is about to go into steam mode. So using white vinegar was a complete waste of time. Overall I am disappointed with my H20 steamer and Thane Direct. They are refusing to send out a replacement because the twelve month warranty has run out. Which is nonsense because the UK consumer rights act states otherwise. I will avoid Thane direct like the plague in future. Absolute garbage of a company and products!

I had the same issue if you look for the little black bit in the top corner of tank, make sure it's on the slot it's supposed to be on properly. Mine then pulsed for a minute or so and now is working

I've been trying to return the product; there is no way to contact customer service to receive my RMA. I guess I have to complain to better business bureau. I guess I will mail it back to the warehouse where it came from. Does any body have a better suggestion. By the way I just purchased item 8/1/23 fully paid.

Do not buy the The H2O HD! It is an absolute piece of garbage. The customer service is horrible, they actually tried to sell me another one when I explained that mine stopped working after three usages. Unbelievable!

I got one on Amazon. I found it very useful and quite effective but with in my third use the floor piece cracked lmao. I “banged” it against a skirting board whilst cleaning the floor. It was a joke. Sent it back via Amazon got a full refund, bought another one for half price as i raised hell. Not bad for £40. Now I use it and am extra careful with it. One more thing, it comes woth so many attachments it’s confusing and they are flimsy. They should have made them more sturdy and reduced all the parts to 2 instead of 3.5 million.
