I've been using a H20 x5 for years now and found using demineralized water the trick so that it doesn't clog up with nasty tap water residue.....can remember what it's called, but had problems at first with my 1st H20 x5 because it clogged up and wouldn't work after a while because of using just plain tap water. I buy demineralized water from Woolworths......cheap enough to not cause financial stress guys. Only problem I find with my mop is that the handle is a bit weak and bends a bit when first using it till cloth gets wet enough for mop head to slide easily across floor. How does the H20 HD mop compare on this score? Otherwise I love my mop given that I have multiple chemical sensitivity along with severe asthma so chemical free cleaning is an absolute must for my health and well being!

why not just boil water in your kettle then pour into the H20...saves buying demineralised water

THANKS, I WASNT SURE HOW YOU GOT THE WHITE PLASTIC WATER PART OUT AND HAD TO LOOK ELSEWHERE BUT YOU HELPED ME WITH HOW TO GET THAT LONG TUBE THING OUT OF THE PLASTIC WATER CONTAINER. MY GOODNESS, SOME PPL MIGHT THINK ITS SIMPLE TO SET UP AND PUT WATER INTO THE WATER CONTAINER BUT FOR ME IT WAS DIFFICULT. AND I HAD DONE IT ONCE BEFORE BUT FORGOT. MY EXCUSE IS IM OLD.

Excellent Video I had one from the very first one they made, just died on me earlier this week, so now I am going to purchase another one. I use mine for all different kinds of things, such as bbq, window blinds, stove, counter top, sink, cloths, carpets ect.. I have never had any issues what so ever. Again thanks for the great video.

I got one had it’s head missing when arrived. Sent it back via Amazon.got a refund Reordered it and got it for £80. Amazon gave me a &10 voucher and it was on sale tooo. I got this after my friend was using it when I got there. It’s really amazing what this little thing can do, the only thing I don’t like is that it’s a bit cheaply made and so many attachments too…. Simplification would be nice. Stronger materials used in the manufacture of this thing. However, it’s truly amazing how effective this steamer is. Cleaned his floor after five years of no cleaning the floor. Stuff was caked onto the floor! It removed everything. Impressive, PS nice review Mrs MILF.

Hi there, I have found it good so far. No issues with leaking. In saying that I only do large areas (the whole 2 bed apartment) with it once every couple of weeks. I only do small areas regularly for example under my little ones high chair. I have found the performance very good so far.

Used this to mop the whole main floor (wood and tiles) in sections because of the water tank being small and needs to refill a few times. Had to turn it off and on when refilling water. Somehow the hole where the steam comes out in the main head of the mop managed to burn/melt the plastic part around the hole about a quarter size in diameter or maybe a bit bigger and it burned the cloth with it so when i was about to take the cloth off the head it was stuck to the middle part. I used the lowest level steam. It cleaned the floor really well though its just that the mop is designed to used with hot steam and the used of materials is not recommended cuz it melts.
