There's a cool Easter egg at the end. When you go to the back room of the kitchen and see Jessica, either she'll have marks on her neck and look pale, or she'll look normal. This depends on how you fast you run to Jessica after she screams in the second last flashback. Thankfully Delirious ran back immediately, so Jessica looked normal at the end.

For those of you who are curious, the storm at the end of the game where Marta dies is caused by the Walrider, which laid waste to a Murkoff factory that was near Temple’s Gate. This factory was responsible for all of the flashes and everyone turning insane but Murkoff would have considered the factory a failure because it was malfunctioning and it was abandoned due to the flashes it was creating affecting everyone hit by it when it was supposed to be a mind control experiment

CenterWing the six armed demon was all in Blake's head and it was portrayed as the pedophilic priest in the school (due to the mental scarring he induced onto Blake). The white light was a type of experience that the patients in the asylum from the first one were exposed to. The structure (or radio tower) Blake saw was a Murkoff building where there (waves) were produced and this basically drove everyone in the town crazy (including Blake causing him to hallucinate and have these vivid dreams of the past and the horrible events at the school). After Murkoff saw the state of mind the town was in, they nuked (well bombed doubt it was something of that magnitude) the whole town to get rid of any evidence that the "experiments" ever happened hence the blinding light at the end. Look at the end when Lynn says "There is nothing there" she is talking about there is no baby in Blake's hands cause it was in his head. Papa Knoth and Blake were more exposed to Murkoffs experience since they were above ground. That's what I pieced together so far

To answer your questions: 1. The six armed demon was Blake's symbolism of Fr. Loutermilch. 2. The effect of the Radio Tower was what made the abnormal swelling of her stomach. Lynn was already pregnant. 3. Blake's flashbacks were the effect of the Radio Tower to him. 4. The Radio Tower is what Murkoff uses to perform experiments on the people of Temple Gate. You can see how Knoth was affected: he says God talks to him but that's the direct effect of the Radio Towers to him. It's quite similar to the Morphogenic Engine in the sense that they both focus on experimenting on the mind, and both can affect people physically as seen to what happened to Trager and Gluskin in terms of appearance (Trager) and strength (Walker, Gluskin and Trager). The difference is that the Morphogenic Engine tries to harness people's minds albeit negatively, while the Radio Tower is for pure experimentation of the mind; affects the subjects, what happens them after directs their actions.

Sadly they won't be making a DLC for Outlast 2. Red Barrels discussed that they will be making a third game but not sure on the release date. But they always will be making a VR game to continue with the series as well.
